Possible Interest in Buying Windsor Estates

One firm has expressed interest in buying and developing Windsor Estates. However, this is not going to happen for at least two years. My goal is $60/square foot and to have five potential buyers. Windsor Estates is located near the Springfield Transportation Center. I am confident the sale will eventually go through.
